The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performer Bon and Payment Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, provided on the specified form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders Pursuant to the General Conditions and/or the Supplemental General Conditions of this contract, the following additional scheduling requirements are a part of this Contract. Work under this Section shall consist of furnishing a Construction Schedule showing in detail how the Contractor plans to execute and coordinate the Work. The Construction Schedule shall be based on and incorporate the Project Phasing, the Contractor Milestone Dates, and the Completion Dates specified in the Owner - Contractor Agreement. The Construction Schedule shall show the order in which Contractor shall perform the Work, the projected dates for the start and completion of separable portions of the work, and the work to be performed during the schools scheduled holidays, weekends, or summer recess periods. Furthermore, the Construction Schedule shall show any other information concerning Contractor's work schedule as Owner may request.
