This Project consists of: 1.Removal of existing Roadway surface 2.Installation of sub-grade material 3.Installation of approach slabs The project is located .23 miles west of S Garnett Rd on E 131st St South. This project will consist of three phases. The Demolition and Removal of the existing Bridge, the installation of the new Fast Cast Bridge, and the Reconstruction of the Roadway. We anticipate all of this work being completed in 21 days. Listed below is the sequencing of events: The measurement of 3-inch Class A Rock is revised from cubic yards to tons. See attached document. Phase 3 Re-Bid Contractor mobilizes after September 11th/or when Fast Cast Bridge is installed. Contractor will then proceed with the Roadway Reconstruction Project. Remove Approx. 340 LF of asphalt paving. Install Sub-grade rock base. Pour Approach Slabs.
