Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Leominster City Hall, Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West Street, Leominster, Massachusetts 01453 (submission via email to gchapdelaine@leominster-ma.gov or mtarr@leominster-ma.gov will be acceptable); and to be given consideration must be received no later than September 18, 2023, by 3:00p.m. The Work consists of the construction of Orchard Hill Park Drive Extension, as more specifically described in the attached contract specifications & Drawings. All specifications concerning the Scope of Work for this project are shown on the attached Specifications and Drawing as prepared by Bohler Engineering. The Work, for bidding purposes, has been broken into four sections a. Base Bid Work - comprised of all work shown on the Drawings/Specifications except for the Alternate Bid Items below. b. Alternate Bid Item #1 - Installation of electric service along existing Orchard Hill Park Drive. Details regarding this Alternate work are shown on Sheet number C-1001. c. Alternate Bid Item #2 - Installation of Gas line from intersection along proposed road. Details regarding this Alternate work are shown on Sheet number C-1001. d.
