Interior and exterior renovations to the existing Johnson County Health Department Facility, including new walls and doors, finishes, casework, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, site modifications, and drainage improvements. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required. The successful Contractor shall be required to produce a Performance Bond, Material and Labor Bond , and Insurance as required by the contract documents, and enter into a contract with the Owner. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the Bid Bond. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid or bids that are judged to be in the best interest of the Owner.
