Repair and service of submersible and above ground lift pumps. The Contractor shall provide services at multiple METRO locations on an as needed. Questions Due Date: Sep 19th 2023, 5:00 PM CDT The period of performance under this Contract shall be for three (3) years, with two (2) one (1) options period calendar days, unless otherwise extended by METRO. LICENSING: When a special license or permit is required by federal, state or local law or ordinance, a bidder must be properly licensed prior to bidding and furnish evidence of such with the bid. the certified SBE/DBE prime must subcontract at least 35% of the contract value; of which, Bid Security/Bond. A bid security will no longer be required except for federally funded construction solicitations exceeding $100,000. METRO reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received and the right to reject all nonconforming, unbalanced, non-responsive or conditional bids. Discrepancies between words and figures will be resolved in favor of words.
