The work for the Haines Park Splashpad project includes all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for construction per the layout drawing provided by Vortex USA Inc. Work includes installation of a splashpad with a total area of 2,206 SF; a spray area of 1,452 SF; a grid size of 10 ft. x 10 ft. Work also includes: concrete pad; electrical panel; extending existing water, sewer and electrical to the splashpad location for connection. The City has already purchased the splashpad features. A four-year maintenance bond is also required.
