Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 25,412-square-foot, six-story above grade, 34-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Per the City of Toronto's Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods (EHON) Pilot Program/Initiative, the city is proposing to build on a city-owned property, a 6-storey residential building fronting on Amroth Avenue, along with 2, 3-storey buildings with a total of 34 units with a GFA of approx. 2,353 sq m. Building A - 28 residential units. Building B - 4 residential units. Building C - 2 residential units. TIMELINE: Preliminary designs are ongoing. Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning approvals are in place. Request for Proposals for a development partner has been issued by Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of CreateTO. Project will require site plan approvals. A development partner may be selected by late Q1 2026.
