Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 25,412-square-foot, six-story above grade, 34-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Per the City of Toronto's Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods (EHON) Pilot Program/Initiative, the city is proposing to build on a city-owned property, a 6-storey residential building fronting on Amroth Avenue, along with two, 3-storey buildings with a total of 34 units with a GFA of approx. 2,353 sq m. Building A will have 28 residential units, Building B will have 4 residential units, and Building C will have 2 units. TIMELINE: Preliminary designs are ongoing. Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning approvals are in place. Project will still require site plan approvals; an application has yet to be submitted to the city for review. Tender and construction timelines have yet to be determined. Further update may be available early spring 2025.
