Reference Number 0000255540 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/02 04:00:00 PM EDT This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by l'Hôpital Montfort ("HM") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Vendor of records for Architectural services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). HM intends to establish a list of pre-qualified Architectural firm to support various mandates. Those Architectural firm would become part of a Vendor of Record ("VOR") arrangement, also referred herein as the Qualified Architectural Firm List. Accordingly, this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) aims at identifying, evaluating and selecting those Architectural firm. HM mandates will include various HM facilities and varying scopes of work ranging from daily operational architectural services to minor and/or major construction projects. It is anticipated there may be 5 to 10 mandates annually with many of the budgets ranging between $25,000 and $4,500,000. The approximate construction budget per year is 3,000,000$. These figures are indicative only and in no way represent a guarantee or commitment on the part of HM. - The Qualified Architectural Firm List will be divided into two (2) categories based on the type of the projects to be executed. - All architectural services costs as well as all other related costs associated to a project, have a budget value between Category Avalue less than $500,000 Category B$500,000 and up Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
