Renovation of a mixed-use development in The Colony, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; swimming pool; and stadium.

Maintenance, repairs and renovations to the existing LISD Eastside and Westside Aquatic centers, which are home to our high school swim, dive and water polo teams. LISD Aquatic centers are also used by second grade classes for water safety instruction. These projects would address maintenance and repairs to existing facilities built by previous bond funds and do not include new construction of any facility. This project is part of the school district’s bond that was approved by voters. As of May 21, 2024, it is currently unknown if an architect, construction manager, and general contractor have been contracted with the school district. Further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been released.
