The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a hospital which remains occupied during the duration of the work. Building activities are ongoing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To ensure cohabitation allowing continuity of care, the contractor must take note of the methods to follow for the phasing of work, service cuts, temporary installations and other instructions specific to work in a hospital environment. Refer to the following documents: Additional clauses to the contract, (ie "CCC"), governance and contract. The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architecture, mechanics, electricity and structure) to determine the precise extent of the work and the protection measures required. The work consists of, but is not limited to: The provision of all permits other than the required building permit, including related documents; The demolition of the elements; Temporary works; Containment work relating to infection control; Containment work relating to user safety; The breakthroughs; The coordination of the work according to the phasing and the schedule to be provided by the contractor; Participate in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings on request; Waste removal; Daily and final cleaning of the site; The supply of documents relating to the documentation and closure of the site.
