Renovation of a conference / convention center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) invites qualified bidders to provide a bid for the Las Vegas Convention Center. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing executive office furniture at the proposed relocation of the LVCVA's Administrative Offices at the east end of South Hall. Bids submitted must not deviate from specifications provided. If alternatives are proposed for any reason, it must be clearly labeled on the bid, as well as a full explanation provided for the proposed alternative. No electronic or email submissions will be accepted. All requests and/or questions regarding the bid are to be directed to Miller Project Management by e-mail at admin@millerpmlv.com or by phone at 702-892-2881. Communication between a Bidder and any member of the Board of Directors of the Authority or between a non-designated Authority representative regarding the selection of a proponent or award of this Bid is prohibited from the time the Invitation to Bidders is advertised until the posting of the agenda for Bid award. Questions pertaining to this Invitation to Bidders shall be addressed to the Authority representative specified on the Invitation to Bidders. Failure of a Bidder, or any of its representatives, to comply with this paragraph may result in their Bid being rejected.
