Renovation of a transportation facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The scope of work for this project consists of lead abatement (per County Specifications) and painting the exterior envelope of one building at Sacramento Executive Airport (SAC). Exterior envelope finish materials include; concrete masonry, concrete wall, wood trim, metal siding and metal doors. The services required are all those necessary to complete the project as defined in the SOW. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in specifications. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the County. Question Submission Deadline:September 18, 2023, 2:00pm SCOPE OF WORK Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, services, transportation, appliances, and mechanical workmanship required for this Agreement, Contract No. 40972, Sacramento Executive Airport (SAC) Building 10318 Exterior Paint, as provided for and set forth in the Contract Documents, or in either of them, which said Contract Documents are hereby referred to and by such reference incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. All of the work done under this Agreement shall be under the supervision of and performed to the satisfaction of the Director of General Services or designee , who shall have the right to reject any and all materials and supplies furnished by Contractor which do not comply with said Contract Documents, together with the right to require Contractor to replace any and all work furnished by Contractor which is not, either in workmanship or material, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
