Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The furnishing of all labor, material and equipment for construction of the following approximate major quantities: Scope of Construction Booster Station: The major elements of work associated with the rehabilitation of the booster station including, but not limited to: Demolition of existing systems . Process: New booster pump and associated piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. Demo and replacement of selective piping, valves, and fittings on existing booster pumps. Electrical systems: Including but not limited to demo and replacement of existing generator and booster station panel providing new, cable, conduit, standalone generator, and electrical service. . Mechanical: Including but not limited to demo of mechanical ductwork, fuel piping, cooling water piping, and tailpipe exhaust serving the existing generator. New gas unit heater, ventilation system, natural gas piing to generator, and dehumidifier. . Architectural: Including but not limited to demo and replacement of entry door, roof, and fascia around exterior of building. Cleaning, tuckpointing, select repair/replacement at the brick veneer, and masonry infill at abandoned mechanical openings. Each proposal must have with it a bid guarantee in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid, submitted in the form as required by section 1200 of the General Requirements and Covenants in the Bidding Documents, as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
