Renovation of a medical facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Redevelopment project for floors 2 and 3 of the south wing of the Saint-Joseph Accommodation Center. Following the moves of residents on floors 2 and 3 of the CHSLD de St-Joseph, the premises are empty and will allow major renovation work for these 2 floors. This work includes the redevelopment of the toilet rooms, the replacement of all floor coverings, wardrobe doors, lighting fixtures, ceilings, fixed furniture in the toilet rooms, the removal of old plates from the systems. on-call and other asset maintenance work. TIMELINE: Preliminary study is underway. Tender and construction schedules are undetermined yet. Further update in summer, 2026.
