The works covered by this call for tenders are those indicated in the Specifications and include: The securing of the site, the preliminary preparation of the land before the delivery of the housing units and the development of the sites (drainage, paths, parking, landscaping, construction of steps/terraces, etc.); The work required for the installation, routing and connection of the aqueduct, the sewer and the electrical/telecommunication service to each dwelling unit; The supply of equipment, labor and materials required.
