The 136th Airlift Wing requires replacement of HVAC control systems in buildings 1672, 1672A, and the unit for the Base Network Control Center (BNCC) in building 1672 Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NASJRB) Fort Worth. The current control system is obsolete and no longer supported by the original manufacturer therefore a new direct digital control system is needed. It is the government's intent for the contractor to provide a complete and usable HVAC system by providing a single, integrated, and operational HVAC control system that would allow for monitoring and control using the NIAGARA system. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
