Renovation of a municipal facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fond du Lac (RDA) is providing funding for the roof replacement at 1 S. Main Street. The project includes but is not limited to the following: o Roof tear off and replacement per specifications The Redevelopment Authority or the City may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City. There will be no walkthrough, you are welcome to visit the site and inspect the roof on your own.
