Renovation of a multi-residential development in Westmount, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Renovations to the common areas and vestibule of the 7 buildings, at the Place Hillside buildings, located at the following addresses: 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150 Hillside Avenue in the City of Westmount. The scope of work includes: - Repair the concrete slab and replace the flooring in the common areas on the main floor. - General refurbishment of the common areas on the ground floor. Replacement of the main entrance doors of the buildings. - Reconditioning of the front stairwells of some buildings. - Replacement of certain electrical components (light fixtures, baseboards, unit heater). TIMELINE: Tender for the general contractor 304176 was cancelled by the owner in 2024. No new tender has been issued for construction of this project. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
