Site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Fairport, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
*As of April 18,2025, the renovations work project for the Fairport HS & Martha Brown MS is now out for bid for this CIP. "Parent Project" The Capital project is split into two propositions. Proposition 1 includes: FHS Building Addition Three core classroom and library renovations Two health/PE/athletic administrator spaces Special education-related service spaces Additional parking and improvements (+/- 136 additional parking spaces, includes increased accessible parking) Relocated and updated tennis courts Reconstruction of spaces in Martha Brown into administrative areas Proposition 2 includes includes and updates for the FHS track and field As of June 03, 2024, the drawings on some of the projects on this 2023 Capital Improvements, are still in their early development. None has been sent to the state yet. Although not yet firm, projects may start to be sent out for bid sometime in the Spring of 2025.
