This open competitive RFP is an invitation to submit a proposal to provide mechanical and electrical services for modifying the central heating and domestic hot water systems at Seneca College's Newnham Campus Residences Building. The Deliverables and work performed by the preferred Proponent or successful Supplier under this Agreement shall include the non-exclusive supply of all competent labour, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, testing devices, skilled personnel and supervision for the Supply and Installation of Domestic Hot Water Boilers, Pumps, and Accessories including commissioning and warranties for equipment, workmanship and system operation.
