Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: The Scope of Work includes repairing/replacing a total of 12 Elevators and components. The 12 elevators are broken down into two groups. Elevator Group B includes six (6) elevators located by the hospital’s flagpole entrance. This will include BAMC elevators B1 through B6, and Main Controls as described in this SOW, and Elevator Group M, includes an additional six (6) elevators located by the hospital’s Medical Mall. This will include BAMC elevators M1 through M6, and Main Controls as described in this SOW, (see repair actions under paragraph 2.1.4 and 2.1.5). But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Magnitude of Construction: $10M - $25M Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = TBD calendar days
