Coverage shall include all servicing of parts, motors, assemblies, electric and electronic controls, controllers and all associated lighting in the elevator car and hoist way; car cosmetics such as panels/paneling, floor coverings, door edgings and operating switches when damaged by misuse or vandalism, hoist ways, doorframes and sills in need of repair and oil and lubricants unless otherwise noted. All questions, including concerns regarding any applicable MBE or VSBE participation goals, shall identify in the subject line the Solicitation Number and Title (MRC-24-001-MT - MARC Elevator Inspection, Maintenance and Repair), and shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Procurement Officer no later than the date and time specified the Key Information Summary Sheet. Contract Duration: Three (3) years base period with one two-year option renewal *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Cost Class D - $1,000,000 to $2,500,000
