Attached bidders should find the original roof drawings for reference. The Existing roof is shingles that were damaged by hail. The bid requires contractor to start work within 30-days of award. The project entails removing the old roof and associated components and installing a new one for approximately 11,700 Enclose at approximately 6:12 pitch.
