Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Montgomery City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All work to be one contract under a General Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. Wage Determination: Annual Wage Order No. 30 for Montgomery County. The Wage Order has been issued by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards. Copies of the Determination are a part of the bid documents. The project consists of a demolition and renovation of the health facility for Montgomery County Health Department (approx. 1,170 s.f. footprint). The renovated area will include offices, exam rooms and toilet areas. Construction will be limited wood stud framing, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. There will be new flooring and ceilings. There will be no exterior work. The Montgomery County Health Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality therein. 5% Bid Bond required; 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond required of the Contractor awarded the work.
