Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/20/2023 02:00:00 PM (ET) Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. Additional Information Responders shall furnish any requested information within three (3) working days after notification from the purchasing agent. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Award will be made for any one group or combination of groups. All items within a group must be bid to be considered for a group award, but other factors will be considered. Contract Begin Date Contract to begin on October 13, 2023 Contract End Date Contract to end on November 30, 2024. Contract Award The Contractor will be awarded an approximate fourteen (14) month contract with an option to renew for four (4) additional years in twelve (12) month increments. Contract Quantities Quantities listed are estimates only. Actual purchases may vary considerably based on actual needs throughout the contract period. Communications: All questions must be directed solely to the purchasing agent listed in the bid opportunity. Inquiries must be submitted within the Ion Wave system. Written, phoned, or faxed bids can be accepted only if responder does not have the means to submit electronically. Responders must contact the agent assigned to the bid opportunity.
