Pre Bid Meeting: N/A Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/18/2023 04:00:00 PM (ET) The LFUCG request all potential contractors to make a concerted effort to include Minority Owned (MBE), Woman-Owned (WBE), Disadvantaged (DBE) Business Enterprises and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) as subcontractors or suppliers in their bids. Toward that end, the LFUCG has established 10% of total procurement costs as a Goal for Participation of Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned and Disadvantaged Businesses on this contract. It is therefore a request of each Bidder to include in its bid, the same goal (10%) for MWDBE participation and other requirements as outlined in this section. The LFUCG has also established a 3% of total procurement costs as a Goal for participation for of Veteran Owned Businesses. It is therefore a request of each Bidder to include in its bid, the same goal (3%) for Veteran-Owned participation and other requirements as outlined in this section. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for opening The bidder agrees that the Urban County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for either fiscal or technical reasons, and to award each part of the bid separately, all parts to one vendor or all parts to multiple vendors
