The Work includes but is not limited to: Landscaping and grounds keeping services and special assignments at its outlying Regional Railroad Stations and Facilities as listed in the specification. The successful Contractor must provide excellent services so that SEPTA can provide the public and its employees with stations and facilities that are in a first-class condition at all times. Stations and facilities are located in West Trenton, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. Contractor must be licensed in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania an in the State of New Jersey. The contract duration is 1,095 calendar days (3 years) from the Notice to Proceed ("NTP") which will be January 1, 2024. All questions must be submitted, via email, to the Contract Administrator no later than Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 4:00 pm ET to be guaranteed an answer.
