Renovation of a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this contract is to provide construction management (CM) services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Wastewater Treatment Division (County) for the West Duwamish Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control project. The contract is anticipated to be phased as follows, as detailed below in the Scope of Work: Phase 1: CM Services During Final Design - anticipated duration 18 months Phase 2: CM Services During Construction - anticipated duration 36 months This Scope of Work reflects the County's current understanding of the work; however, it may be updated during negotiations. The purpose of this contract is to provide construction management (CM) services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Wastewater Treatment Division ("County") for the West Duwamish Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control project. A pre-proposal conference will not be held for this RFP.
