Reference Number 0000255532 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/18 12:00:00 PM CDT The Work of this Non-Bonded Tender No: X31569 is generally described below: SECTION 1: Floodway The work shall consist of approximately 1,800 hours of mowing the Red River Floodway. SECTION 2: Central District Waterways The work shall consist of approximately 843 hours of mowing of grade slopes and ditches along various Provincial Waterways in the Grosse Isle, Starbuck, and LaSalle areas. The Work is fully detailed in the reference documents on the following page of this Tender. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Working Days Will Be Assessed by Manitoba Starting Seven Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work • Mowing Liquidated Damages The Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Twenty Five (25) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed.
