Sealed Bids will be received by the Coaldale-Lansford-Summit Hill Sewer Authority at the office of the Authority, 162 W. Ridge St., Lansford, PA 18232 until prevailing time on, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be received for the Collection, Transportation and Disposal of 500,000 gallons, more or less, of Liquid Sludge from the Coaldale-Lansford-Summit Hill Sewer Authority Sewer Authority's Wastewater Treatment Plant. All Bids submitted shall be in a sealed envelope properly marked "Removal and Disposal of Liquid Sludge", or received via . The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and/or eliminate, reduce or increase any item of work shown, and to waive any informality in the bidding. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/14/2023 12:00 AM. All Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Engineer and must be accompanied by a certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety payable to the Coaldale-Lansford-Summit Hill Sewer Authority, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid.
