This Project includes: PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS. PROJECT TITLE: Capitol Complex - Accessibility Upgrades BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, performing a study to assess existing site & structure accessibility issues & explore strategies utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to define a plan for phased implementation for corrective action within the sensitive historical context of the Capitol Complex. Following the conclusion of the study, the Department intends to continue directly into the design phase of improvement project(s). The Department may retain the same professional who will perform this study. Subsequent improvement project(s) will include Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation requirements & will be established by the Department following the study conclusion. The Professional is encouraged to retain SDB/VBE consultants who can continue into the design phase. Note that the requirements vary per site, and some agencies may have more stringent requirements. The PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS MEETING is scheduled for THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2023 AT 10:00 AM.
