Site work for an educational facility in Swartz Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Bid security, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal, must accompany each bid in the form of a Bid Bond (certified check acceptable). Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder. New concrete sidewalks and new steps at the high school main entrance. Replacement of existing concrete steps, handrails and new lighting at the Performing Arts Center main entrance. New concrete dumpster pad and bollards at high school boiler / receiving room. Bids shall be submitted on a single lump sum basis in accordance with Instruction to Bidders.Applicable state and federal laws regarding the "Conditions of Employment" apply to work under this contract. Owner's Right to Reject Bids: The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all Bids.
