No allowance will be made for late delivery for any reason. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with specifications outlined in Request for Bid. Questions of a technical nature which may arise as a result of this Request for Bid may be directed to Earl Mortimore, Grounds Supervisor, (269) 207-3801 or (269) 337-0400. Other questions may be directed to Karen Jackson, Executive Supervisor, (269) 337-0400. Bids shall be on forms furnished by Kalamazoo Public Schools. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Statement of Disclosure and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit of Compliance. A bidder will be permitted to withdraw his bid, unopened, after it has been submitted if so requested prior to the me specified above for opening of bids. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with Kalamazoo Public Schools. Each region will be awarded as a single contract. Kalamazoo Public Schools is exempt from all taxes. The right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, is reserved by Kalamazoo Public Schools.
