Separate sealed Bids for the construction of: Town of Boonville Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitation: The work includes removal and disposal of the existing 100,000 gpd Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and demolition of the old chlorine contact chamber. The existing splitter box is to be cleaned and repaired by readjusting the weir plates to partition flow correctly. A new VFD pump station and new 100,000 gpd WWTP is to be installed as shown on the construction drawings. A heater is to be installed on the existing bar screen as described in the major equipment item section of the specifications. Blowers and controls are to be installed in support of the new 100,000 gpd WWTP. Yard hydrants and convenience electrical receptacles are to be installed as shown on the construction drawings. All piping, electrical conductors, brackets, braces and appurtenances are to be included in the original scope of work so that the final product is a functional and permittable WWTP and other improvements as shown. General Contractor's license is required. With request for bidding documents, please supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, phone and fax numbers of bidding office, NC contractor's license numbers with limitation and classification. Also please indicate if firm will be a bidder, supplier, or sub-contractor. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
