Renovation of an educational facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project is to provide and install new window system and all associated work at Valley High School. This project requires a Class B license. In accordance with California Labor Code Section 1770 et seq. payment of the appropriate general prevailing rate of wages for all crafts employed on the public works site is required of the Contractor and all subcontractors. This project has a goal of 3% Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (DVBE) participation per the State Allocation Board requirements. Compliance with California Education Code Section 45125.1 mandating fingerprinting requirements applies to this project Ten Percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to the District. TIME FOR COMPLETION: One hundred sixty (160) calendar days
