Previous solicitation listed below: The County of Moore, NC is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to provide engineering and surveying services for the Surry Circle Watermain Replacement project. The County is seeking a Professional Engineering firm with experience in the development and design of water systems, to include the design, bidding, construction administration and inspection services for this project. The water main along Surry Circle in Pinehurst has experienced numerous breaks, is nearing 50 years old and needs to be replaced. The existing lines are believed to all be within the existing street rights-of-way. Identify temporary and permanent easement needs. The approach is to design the line replacement this fiscal year and construct the project next fiscal year.
