Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in West St Paul, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
Complete installation of new Card Access Control system and CCTV System including all new wiring, all new raceways/pathways, junction boxes etc. New Card Access System shall integrate to the existing magnetic locks. Demolition of existing access control equipment, wiring and cabinets shall be completed once new system is operational. New CCTV System and associated video management software include: 1. Indoor Cameras 2. Outdoor Camera Provide all components, software, upgrades and licencing as required for a complete and operation system. Include all required drywall patching, sanding and painting to match existing finish. Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: Bid bond or certified cheque in an amount not less than 10 percent of the bid price.
