furnishing of all work and materials for consideration of City Improvement No. 23-20 and consisting of approximately: Valving & Process Piping - Installing valves, flow meters, chemical pumps, etc. Concrete Work - Tank Maintenance Pad and Leveling of Exterior Concrete Panels Painting and Special Coatings - Cleaning and painting walls, floors, pipes, valves, vessels, etc. Doors and Windows - Removing & replacing windows, doors, frames and hardware Reseal Blocks and joints - cleaning and sealing block walls Re-Tuck Point Mortar Joints - Re-tuck select areas of mortar joints Ladder - Furnish and install exterior ladder and rooftop guardrail Electrical - Remove and replace interior and exterior lights, outlets, switches, wiring Direct questions about this Project, including pre-bid questions, to Bryan Pitterle, PE at 952-842-3645 or bpitterle@barr.com.
