Saving Project...

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 40,000-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility.

Removal and disposal of existing flooring, supply and installation of polyflor flooring at Sunset Manor. The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to select a qualified Contractor to enter into an agreement for the removal and disposal of existing flooring and the supply and installation of new Polyflor vinyl sheet flooring and ancillaries for Sunset Manor Long-Term Care home located in Collingwood, ON. It is estimated Sunset Manor will require the replacement of approximately 40,000 square feet of flooring. Floor plans are provided in this RFT as a general guideline outlining approximate square footage of each flooring type that needs to be removed, however it will be the Contractor's responsibility to measure all locations prior to the submission of their bid to verify square footages and accuracy.
