The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Project provides the replacement of the existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), replacement of existing transformer, and all appurtenances, in the operations building (Building O) at the Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility (BRWRF). B. Work included: Contractor shall furnish labor, superintendence, materials, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, and other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Work. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all required permits, not obtained by Loudoun Water. Reference the Supplementary Conditions for permits obtained by Loudoun Water. The Contractor shall protect the Work during construction. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work consistent with safety of life and property and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall clean up the Site and shall maintain it during and after construction and shall do all Work and pay all incidental costs during and after construction. The Contractor shall repair, restore and clean structures and property that may be damaged or disturbed during the performance of the Work. C.
