Renovation of a water / sewer project in Newburgh, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The contractor shall provide all tools, material, equipment, and labor to remove sewage treatment plant and replace electrical box. Dispose of all materials in accordance with all state and federal regulations. The contractor will provide all necessary materials, or equipment for complete and operational installation. The system shall carry a minimum one (1) year labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranties. Please note that the business size in SAM is determined by NAICS code. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business and w ill be aw arded based on low est price. Central Contractor Registration and ORCA are now available through System for Aw ard Management (SAM) available at w w w .sam.gov. Offerors must comply w ith the requirements of 52.204-7, 52.204-8, and 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitationthrough SAM. PLEASE NOTE: SAM is completely free charge of both registrants and users. In lieu of both and bods, per 52.228-13 Alternate Protections (2000) and FAR 28.102-1(b), only a , or irrevocable Letter of Credit is required. A is not required *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and required permits. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 60 calendar days after the NTP.
