Site work for a water / sewer project in Regina, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (the "RBE") is seeking proposals for Drainage Improvements at Allan Blakeney Adult Campus in Regina, Saskatchewan. The work is estimated to include: - Removal and disposal of one existing tree; - Removal and disposal of approximately 42 m2 of asphalt/concrete sidewalk; - Removal and salvage approximately 150 m of fence; - Removal and disposal of existing manhole and replace with 1050 mm diameter catch basin manhole, including approximately 6 m of 250 mm diameter concrete pipe replacement. - Install one 900 mm diameter catch basis with 20 m of 250 mm PVC storm sewer main to tie-in to existing catch basin; - Installation of approximately 30 lm of Blueskin protective membrane along edge of building including excavation and backfill of in situ material; - Strip, regrade and restore approximately 900 m2 of gravel parking lot, access road, and walking path; - Installation of 22 pinned curbs; - Excavate and shape 170 m of swale including spreading, and harrowing of approximately 380 m3 of soil; Optional Work (Schedule 6 - Fence Installation) may be modified, postponed or removed in its entirety, depending on the Total Amount for the Work.
