CONTRACTOR shall install 0.375-inch thick, 16-inch diameter steel well casing to depth of 15 feet at top of bedrock within the 20-inch diameter borehole. 5. CONTRACTOR shall ream the borehole from the existing 6-inch diameter to 16 inches in diameter, from the 15-foot depth down to a 60 foot depth. 6. CONTRACTOR shall install 0.330-inch thick, 12-inch diameter steel well casing from 18 inches above ground surface to a depth of 60 feet within the 16-inch diameter borehole. CONTRACTOR shall weld all sections of pipe. 7. CONTRACTOR shall install a drive shoe at the bottom of the 12-inch diameter casing. 8. Pump shall be installed to depth of 200 feet and shall be capable of pumping 300 gpm with head of 186 feet of water above pump and discharging to ground surface. 2. CONTRACTOR shall install two (2) 190-foot long 3/4"-diameter pipes in the test well for water level monitoring purposes. 3. CONTRACTOR shall provide generator, pressure gauge, ball valve, flow meter, and a sample port at the well head for sampling during the pump test. 4. CONTRACTOR shall provide 200 feet of discharge line and BMP's for E&S Controls. 5.
