Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. The SOA is for a two (2) year period with an option to extend for 1 additional year. The estimated value of this opportunity is $150,000 per year, with an overall maximum value of $450,000 (including option year). The selected contractor will be required to hold a Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents. Inquiries relating to this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. Bidders who contact anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority to obtain clarifications during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
