As of October 11, 2023 project still not awarded. This bid is for Unit Ventilator, Pneumatic Controls & Piping Replacement. Revere Beachmont Veterans Memorial School, Revere, Massachusetts as per plans and specifications Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or treasurer's check from a bank or trust company or money order of not less than five percent (5%) of its bid. The selected contractor shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of the contract price. The City's right is reserved to reject any or all bids or any part of a bid, which in the opinion of the City Purchasing Agent is most advantageous to the City of Revere.
