Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Fairview, Tennessee. Working plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

As of August 13, 2025, the design for the project has been completed but the owner is seeking funding. A general contractor or a selection method has not been selected. Although a firm construction timeline has not been established, construction may start in the summer of 2027. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Fairview is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing professional design services related to the design of a new Fire Station that could also serve as a prototypical design for future fire stations.
