Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bids for the full-depth roadway reconstruction of Northern Boulevard from Rockway to NM-528, new curb ramps to meet current ADA requirements, replacement of damaged curb stones, new thermo plastic striping, a new 16" water line to include a new pressure reducing vault and valves. Additive alternates include a full depth reconstruction of the asphalt pedestrian path, and warm mix asphalts for the base bid.
