Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the expansion of a municipal facility.
To transition the existing courthouse from the historic location to the new resource center. This project is apart of the Stronghold Construction Design/Build package for the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma, and preference will be given to tribal contractors. Projected Scope of Work: Included but not limited to: demolition of existing finishes, framing, drywall, acoustic ceiling, millwork & architectural trim, doors & hardware, paint, carpet tile, LVT/LVP, electrical, mechanical, LV, AV. Design & Schedule Benchmarks: 1. 30% Design Set: Currently at this phase. The basic layout, preliminary material selections, and infrastructure needs have been identified. 2. 90% Design Set: Expected completion by September 29th. This will include more refined details, specific material selections. 3. Bid Date: Scheduled for October 6th, 4:00pm. This is the deadline for contractors and suppliers to submit their proposals.
