Reference Number 0000328757 The City of Yonkers (the City) is seeking a vendor to provide on-call mobile mix concrete deliveries to various locations Citywide as needed for sidewalk repairs. The cement needed is 4,000 PSI. All concrete is to be mixed and poured onsite at the predetermined project location. There will be no minimum cubic yards guaranteed per pour or minimum deliveries guaranteed per contract term. Deliveries are to be guaranteed within 48 hours of service request. All quantities are estimates and may not be utilized throughout the contract term. Any and all fees associated with this service (i.e. fuel oil, mileage, short load pours) are to be incorporated into the individual cubic yard pricing. Delivery Point Various Citywide Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 1 YEAR -- The term of this contract will commence upon execution of a written contract and continue for a period of twelve (12) months. The contract will include an option to extend for one (1) additional twelve (12) month period, upon mutual consent, per the same rates, terms, and conditions.
